The expansion created 100 construction jobs and 200 permanent casino jobs.

Tricks and Cons Tenants Use
Most of the sneaky little tricks listed below can easily be thwarted with proper tenant screening and a little landlord tenant knowledge.
The Old "Fake Credit Report" Trick:
With today’s computer technology, it is quite easy for a tenant to fake a credit report. Anyone can get a free copy of their own credit report online and make a few “modifications” on it before printing it out and presenting it to an innocent, unsuspecting and impressed landlord.
The Old "Totally Fake Identity" Trick with great credit report:
Fake IDs are sold to under aged kids who want to get into bars all over the country. It is easy enough for a con-man tenant to get a fake ID to match his friend’s or relative’s credit report and present him/herself as that person. It is a good idea to check IDs carefully and verify as much information in that person’s name as possible.

You sold your former home in a short sale, and now you need a new home. You may not know whether you can buy or if you should just plan to rent for several months until you can qualify for a new home loan. You might also be worried that the circumstances that forced you to have to sell your home in a short sale might disqualify you for a new home loan now. Fortunately, if you experienced certain circumstances, the short sale doesn't have to mean you're unable to obtain a loan for another home, because FHA will offer a loan sooner than it used to: On Foreclosed or Short Sale.

Normally, having to sell your home in a short sale means you were behind or even defaulted on your monthly mortgage payments. Previously, this would have meant that you would not qualify for a new home loan because of the derogatory information in your credit report. You can sell your home in a short sale, according to W ...

Having a great teacher in school can mean all the difference in the growth of any person from childhood to adulthood. The lessons, stories and accountability we get from teachers stays with us our entire lives. And, the better the teacher, the more profound the effect of what we learned from him/her.
As school starts this year, remind your children to learn everything they can each day they are at school. Most importantly, remind them how fortunate they are to be able to go to school and have exposure to people who care about them now so they’ll have a great future.
This is a clip from a movie that honors a teacher who had a profound effect on the people who spent each day with over a 30-plus year career as a teacher. It’s a very moving clip and one that really speaks volumes of how a good teacher can impact the lives of people.
