This house here is a VA house great story. This VA client that I had was basically looking to sell also give me the other family member but in a VA property, anything that comes up the expansion... It has to be taken care of. Thank you to my client. He was a VA himself and the personally brought.. he was a VA client too as well. and also great experience with my buyer agent too as well. She's amazing. In a VA property you wanna make sure that everything is taken care with special report on a bank when approve that inspection. It can be done, it's a great program. I hardly encourage it but my client knew what it takes to get the VA done and he did a great job. I want to say thank you to him first of all, and thank you to the current buyer and thank you to the whole team you all did an amazing job to get this and thank you for them.
